Whilst away on my summer break my passion and interest still flows for the architecture of the places that I am lucky enough to visit. This image shown above is of the Valletta City Gate which has just been redesigned and built by the Famous Renzo Piano Building Workshop.
The way in which this piece of architecture has been designed brings together the traditional materials of the city walls to create a contempory stucture and environment to bring a sophisticated and interesting appeal to this ever growing city.
